How to Secure Your Account

Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and adjust privacy settings.

1. Go to Security Settings

Navigate to Settings → Security from your profile. Here you can manage your password, two-factor authentication, and privacy preferences.

2. Change Your Password

To update your password, enter your current password, then set a new one. Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other websites.

A strong password should include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Aim for at least 12 characters.

3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you will need to enter a verification code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

Click Enable 2FA in the security settings.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm setup.
Save your backup codes in a secure location.

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA. It significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Adjust Privacy Settings

In the security settings, you can also control your privacy preferences:

Profile Visibility: Set your profile to public or private.
Profile Visitors: Control whether others can see when you visit their profile.

5. Keep Your Account Safe

Never share your password or login credentials with anyone. NaughtyBounty will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
