Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Principles

NaughtyBounty may allow nudity or explicit sexual content in restricted areas of the platform. However, we maintain strict standards to ensure the safety, legality, and consent basis of all material shared through our service. All content must be consensual, legal, and created by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

Users uploading content represent and warrant that they have the legal right to distribute the material, including obtaining all necessary consents from participants, and that the content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Public-facing profile and discovery surfaces must remain suitable for general audiences. Nudity or explicit sexual content is not allowed in bios, avatars, header images, thumbnails, or other publicly visible previews. Such content may only be shared in restricted areas such as posts, direct messages, challenge-related deliveries, and Drops, and only in compliance with this Policy, applicable law, and all consent requirements.

This Policy applies to all content on NaughtyBounty regardless of how it is offered or delivered, including Challenge text and submissions and Drops. Drops, including their cover image, previews, and purchasable contents, are shown only to registered, signed-in users in restricted areas of the Platform and are not public, general-audience surfaces. The general-audience standard above applies to truly public surfaces such as profile avatars, banners, bios, and other previews visible without signing in. All users confirm at sign-up that they are at least 18 years old, as required by these Terms.

Beyond what is prohibited by law and this Policy, content must also fit the platform's curated direction (see Section 9 below). That standard, and the discretionary basis for declining or removing content that does not fit it, is set out in our Community Guidelines and is contractually binding under our Terms (Section 14, Editorial and Vision Fit).

2. Performer Age & Consent Requirements

Uploaders must ensure that all individuals appearing in content are at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created and that valid consent has been obtained from all participants. Failure to verify age or consent is a serious violation and may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.

3. Illicit and Illegal Content (Zero Tolerance)

The following categories are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent suspension and reporting to law enforcement authorities (including NCMEC where applicable):

Child Exploitation (CSAM)

Any depiction of minors (under 18), or content that appears to depict minors. This includes:

• Actual CSAM.
• Content that appears to involve minors.
• Realistic AI depictions of minors.
• Cartoons, anime, or drawings depicting minors in a sexual manner.

Non-Consensual Content (NCII)

Content shared without the consent of the depicted individual ("revenge porn"), including:

• Hidden camera or spycam footage.
• Upskirting.
• Content filmed in private spaces without knowledge or permission.

Violence and Harm

• Real violence, torture, or physical assault.
• Rape or sexual assault.
• Non-consensual mutilation or castration.
• Promotion of self-harm or suicide.

4. Prohibited Content Categories

We strictly prohibit content depicting or promoting:

• Bestiality: Sexual acts with animals.
• Necrophilia: Sexual acts with deceased persons.
• Incest: Sexual acts between family members or roleplay explicitly marketed as such.
• Impaired Consent: Sexual acts where a participant appears drugged, asleep, unconscious, or unable to consent due to intoxication or coercion.
• Illegal Activities: Promotion or sale of illegal goods or services.
• Weapons or Dangerous Situations: Sexual content involving firearms or dangerous weapons in a threatening or unsafe manner.

5. Public Surfaces and Public Nudity

Nudity or explicit sexual content is prohibited in public-facing areas of the platform, including profile images, bios, banner images, and any other preview surface visible without restricted access.

Nude or explicit content may be shared in restricted areas of the platform only where all depicted persons are adults, all participants have provided valid consent, and the material otherwise complies with this Policy and applicable law.

Content involving nudity or sexual acts in public places is also prohibited unless:

• No non-consenting bystanders are visible.
• The content complies with applicable local laws.

6. AI and Manipulated Media Policy

AI-generated or manipulated content is allowed only under strict conditions:

• Labeling: AI-generated or significantly edited content must be clearly labeled.
• No Deepfakes Without Consent: You may not generate or manipulate sexual depictions of real individuals without their explicit written consent.
• No CSAM: Any synthetic depiction of minors is strictly prohibited.

7. Enforcement & Moderation

NaughtyBounty reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that violates this policy, applicable law, or payment provider requirements. Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for violations.

We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required or appropriate.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately via the "Report" button or by visiting our Report Abuse page.

9. Platform Standards and Vision Fit

In addition to the mandatory rules above, NaughtyBounty is a curated platform. We stand for sensual, suggestive content produced with care and personality, rather than the most explicit material at any cost. Content offered on the Platform is expected to reflect this direction:

• Suggestion over explicitness: sensual and playful, with tension and build-up, leaving room for imagination.
• Craft: deliberate lighting, framing, styling, and atmosphere, not low-effort material.
• Personality: character, recognisability, and a genuine connection with fans.
• Tasteful presentation: self-determined and confident, never degrading or cheap.

This is a matter of curatorial direction and fit, not a rigid rulebook, and it is separate from the mandatory prohibitions in this Policy. We may, in our reasonable discretion, decline to publish, hide, remove, or take off sale content, Drops, or accounts that clearly do not fit this direction, even in the absence of any violation. This discretion, including statements of reasons and, for earning Creators, reasonable prior notice, is set out and made contractually binding in our Terms (Section 14, Editorial and Vision Fit).
