• Identification of the material that has been removed and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and contact information.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Western District of Texas if you reside outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, NaughtyBounty may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the affected user, and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
