How to Contact Support

Create a support ticket and track your request.

1. Open the Support Page

Navigate to Help → Support Tickets or click the Contact Support button at the bottom of the Help Center. You need to be logged in to create a support ticket.

2. Create a New Ticket

Click New Ticket and fill in the required information:

  • Subject: A brief summary of your issue.
  • Category: Select the most relevant category (e.g., Account, Billing, Bug Report).
  • Priority: Choose how urgent the issue is.
  • Message: Describe your issue in detail.
  • Images: Optionally attach screenshots to help illustrate the problem.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. Include error messages, steps to reproduce the issue, and what you expected to happen.

3. Track Your Ticket

After submitting, your ticket appears in your ticket list. You can see its current status (Open, In Progress, or Resolved) and any updates from the support team.

4. Reply to Updates

Open your ticket to see the full conversation history. You can add replies with additional information or respond to questions from the support team. You can also attach images in your follow-up replies.

5. Response Time

Our support team typically responds within 24–48 hours. Higher priority tickets may receive faster responses. You will receive a notification when there is an update on your ticket.
