0. Age Requirement

NaughtyBounty is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service.

1. Our Standard

NaughtyBounty is curated. We stand for sensual, suggestive content made with craft and personality, not for the most explicit at any cost. This is what we expect:

• Suggestion over showing everything: sensual, playful, with tension and build-up. Erotic in a way that leaves room for imagination.
• Made with care, not lazily: lighting, framing, styling and atmosphere. It should show that effort went into it.
• Personality sells: character, recognisability and a real connection with your fans. The person behind it is the value.
• Tasteful, not seedy: self-determined and confident, never degrading or cheap.

This is about direction and fit, not a rigid rulebook. We curate at our reasonable discretion, and we may decline, hide, or take content off sale that clearly runs counter to this direction, even without a rule violation. The binding basis for this is set out in our Terms (Section 14, Editorial and Vision Fit).

2. Respect & Consent

NaughtyBounty is built on a foundation of mutual respect and enthusiastic consent. We expect all users—Creators and Challengers alike—to interact with dignity.

• No Harassment: Do not bully, intimidate, or harass other users. If someone asks you to stop specific behavior, stop immediately.
• Respect Boundaries: Creators set their own limits. Do not pressure Creators to perform acts they have stated they will not do.
• Consent is Key: All interactions must be consensual. Violating consent in messages or content is a serious offense.

3. Interaction Rules

To maintain a healthy environment, please observe the following rules:

• No Spam: Do not send repetitive promotional messages or solicitations.
• No Off-Platform Transactions: Soliciting or arranging off-platform payments for Challenges initiated on NaughtyBounty is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing payment details, promoting external payment services, or advertising competing platforms in chat, profiles, or Challenges. NaughtyBounty cannot protect you if you transact outside the Platform, and violations may result in account suspension or termination.
• Impersonation: Do not pretend to be someone else, including celebrities, other users, or NaughtyBounty staff.
• Public Profile Areas: Bios, avatars, headers, and other public-facing preview areas must remain suitable for general audiences and may not contain nudity or explicit sexual content.
• No External Links or Payment Details: Sharing or posting links to external websites in chats, profiles, or description texts is not permitted. The exchange of bank account details or other payment methods is also strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Nude or explicit content may only be shared in restricted areas of the platform, such as gated posts, direct messages, or challenge-related deliveries, and only where it complies with our Content Policy, applicable law, and consent requirements.

4. Prohibited Content

The full and binding list of prohibited content is defined in our Content Policy. In short, and without limitation: no minors or content that appears to involve minors, no non-consensual content, coercion, or exploitation, no violence or illegal activity, no content involving animals, and nothing that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. The Content Policy governs in case of any doubt.

5. Challenge Etiquette

For Challengers: Verify your instructions are clear. Be reasonable with revision requests.
For Creators: Only accept Challenges you intend to complete. Communicate delays promptly.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to upload and distribute any content they provide, including obtaining consent from all participants and complying with applicable laws.

7. Safety

Protect your personal information. Do not share your home address, phone number, or financial details in chat or public areas of the platform.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through the platform tools or contact our support team. We review reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
