For clarity: this Policy is issued by NB Core LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office in Sheridan, Wyoming (the “Compliance Department”), and a mailing address (P.O. Box) in Austin, Texas, and applies to all access to and use of the Platform.

1. Purpose and Scope

This 18+ Compliance Policy ("Policy") outlines how NB Core LLC ("NaughtyBounty", "we", "our", or "us") ensures that access to and participation in the NaughtyBounty.com platform ("Platform") is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years or older.

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including:

• Challengers who publish Challenges;
• Creators who submit photos, videos, or other content; and
• Users accessing published materials.

NaughtyBounty strictly prohibits any minor from creating an account, uploading content, or accessing age-restricted material in restricted areas of the Platform.

For avoidance of doubt, a “minor” includes any person under 18 years of age, or under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher.

2. Legal Framework

• U.S. federal and state laws, including 18 U.S.C. §2257, COPPA, and CIPA
• State-level age verification laws (e.g., Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Utah, and others)
• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to EU/EEA users
• UK Online Safety Act and Digital Economy Act where applicable to UK users
• Industry standards for age-restricted content platforms and identity verification

This Policy is designed to be applied in a manner consistent with applicable child protection, online safety, and content moderation obligations, and is supplemented by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Policy.

3. Age and Identity Verification

3.1 Verification Process

Before gaining full access, all users must complete a digital identity verification process conducted by authorized third-party providers.

• A valid government-issued photo ID; and
• A live selfie to confirm facial match and liveness.

Acceptable identity documents may include a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license, subject to verification provider and jurisdictional requirements.

The verification process is intended to help confirm that the user:

• Is at least 18 years old (or older where required by local law);
• Is a real person (not a synthetic or falsified identity); and
• Matches the identity document submitted.

3.2 Secure Handling of Verification Data

• Verification data is processed by providers that comply with applicable U.S. and international data protection standards.
• NaughtyBounty does not store biometric data.
• Only verification results are stored in user profiles.
• All data is encrypted and retained only as required.

Verification providers are expected to comply with applicable data protection obligations, including U.S. privacy and security standards, and the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable to users in those jurisdictions.

3.3 Ongoing Verification and Re-Checks

To enhance safety, we may require re-verification, additional checks, or enhanced due diligence in cases of suspected misuse, inconsistent account information, repeated violations, or other risk signals. Failure to pass required checks may result in restricted access or account action.

4. Content Submission Controls

Only verified users may upload content. All uploads are reviewed using automated and manual moderation to detect any underage indicators.

Flagged content is immediately removed, reviewed by compliance staff, and reported to authorities if necessary.

For higher safety, content flagged for possible underage involvement is:

1. Removed or hidden from public view immediately;
2. Escalated to a trained compliance reviewer for manual assessment; and
3. Handled under a documented incident workflow, including preservation of relevant logs where lawful and appropriate.

We may apply additional controls such as risk-based upload throttling, account holds, or enhanced review for high-risk signals, without limiting any user reporting rights.

5. Reporting Underage or Illegal Content

NaughtyBounty maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child exploitation. Suspected violations must be reported immediately.

We aim to review reports as quickly as possible, including rapid escalation for high-risk safety concerns. Where warranted, we may suspend or restrict access pending investigation.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, Europol, Interpol, NCMEC, and other authorized child protection organizations.

6. Recordkeeping and Compliance

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and similar regulations, NaughtyBounty maintains secure records verifying the age and identity of all users who upload or appear in content.

Records are secured and access is restricted to authorized compliance personnel on a need-to-know basis. Where legally required, relevant records may be made available to competent authorities.

Where applicable, records may include:

• A copy of the government-issued ID used for verification (or provider-attested verification artifacts);
• The date of verification and verification result;
• Associated user profile identifiers and relevant audit logs.

We retain such records only as long as necessary for compliance, safety, dispute handling, and lawful requests, consistent with our retention practices and applicable law.

7. Access Restrictions and Controls

• Only verified adults can access user-generated content.
• Non-verified visitors see only informational pages.
• Age gates and 18+ warnings are displayed site-wide.

Age-restricted areas and content may be labeled “18+” and may be subject to additional access controls (e.g., re-authentication, session timeouts, or geo-based restrictions) where appropriate.

7.1 Parental Guidance

NaughtyBounty may contain age-restricted content in restricted areas that is not suitable for minors. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software and device-level restrictions to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted websites or services. Popular tools include built-in device parental controls (iOS Screen Time, Android Family Link), router-level filtering, and third-party parental control applications.

8. Training and Compliance Oversight

A dedicated Compliance Team oversees verification, moderation, recordkeeping, and regulatory cooperation.

For higher safety, staff involved in moderation or compliance may receive periodic training, including age-verification best practices, detection indicators for child exploitation imagery, escalation protocols, and privacy/data protection responsibilities.

9. Cooperation with Regulators

NaughtyBounty cooperates with EU, UK, and U.S. regulators and responds promptly to lawful requests.

We may preserve relevant information where legally permitted in order to support investigations and enforce Platform safety policies, while applying appropriate safeguards and confidentiality controls.

Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, via in-app notice or email), consistent with our general legal update practices.
