1. Our Commitment to Safety

At NaughtyBounty, user safety, respect, and consent come first. We are committed to maintaining a secure, inclusive, and responsible community for all adults who participate in Challenges, buy or sell Drops, and create content.

We take a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of:

• Underage activity or appearance of minors,
• Non-consensual or exploitative behavior,
• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse,
• Fraud, blackmail, or coercion.

Our mission is to ensure that every user—Creator, Challenger, or User—can engage freely, safely, and with confidence.

2. Age and Identity Verification

• Every user must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher).
• Creators (and users accessing certain higher-risk features, such as payouts) must complete identity and age verification before uploading content, responding to Challenges as a Creator, or requesting withdrawals.
• Verification includes submission of a government-issued ID and a live selfie, reviewed by our third-party verification partners.

Any detected underage user, attempted circumvention, or falsified identity may result in immediate suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Consent and Respect

All participation on NaughtyBounty must be voluntary, consensual, and respectful.

You must:

• Obtain explicit consent before sharing, recording, or posting any content involving another individual.
• Respect others' boundaries—no coercion, pressure, or unwanted behavior.
• Use clear Challenge descriptions and respect Participant limitations.

We do not tolerate:

• Non-consensual acts or depictions,
• "Revenge porn" or stolen content,
• Threats, extortion, or manipulation.

4. Safe Content Creation

Before posting or applying to a Challenge:

• Keep avatars, bios, header images, and other public-facing profile surfaces suitable for general audiences.
• Ensure your environment is safe and private.
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal details (address, phone number, workplace).
• NaughtyBounty does not facilitate in-person meetings. If users choose to meet offline, they do so at their own risk and should prioritize safety (e.g., meeting in public, informing a trusted person, and leaving immediately if uncomfortable).
• Use caution when sharing live or revealing content.
• If something feels unsafe or uncomfortable, stop immediately and report it.

If you share nude or explicit content, do so only in restricted platform areas and only when all legal, consent, and policy requirements are satisfied.

Public-facing areas such as avatars, bios, header images, and open previews must remain suitable for general audiences and may not contain nudity or explicit sexual content.

Your safety is always more important than completing a Challenge.

5. Prohibited Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on NaughtyBounty:

• Underage content or individuals appearing under 18
• Non-consensual content or hidden recordings
• Harassment, hate speech, or stalking
• Impersonation or fraudulent profiles
• Blackmail, extortion, or threats
• Distribution of illegal material
• Off-platform payment requests or attempts to circumvent the platform’s payment systems
• Use of the platform for escorting, trafficking, or solicitation

Violations may lead to immediate and permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate or required by law.

6. Reporting and Moderation

We encourage all users to take an active role in maintaining a safe environment.

If you encounter suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity, report it using the "Report"button or email our Safety & Compliance Team:

Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible by trained moderators. Priority safety reports (e.g., CSAM/NCII/credible threats) are handled with urgency.

We may take immediate action, including:

• Content removal,
• Temporary suspension, or
• Permanent account termination.

We also cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities where legally required or permitted.

Misuse of reporting tools (false, misleading, or abusive reports) may result in enforcement action.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Protect your own and others' privacy:

• Never share personal or financial information in messages or challenges.
• Do not share another person's content without consent.
• Avoid saving or distributing screenshots or screen recordings of private interactions.

All users must comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Financial Safety

• All financial transactions are processed securely through our licensed payment service providers.
• Never agree to off-platform payments or transfers.
• Report any user who requests alternative payment methods.

We will never ask for your password or payment details by email or chat.

8a. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or account access with anyone.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
• NaughtyBounty is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

8b. Content Risks and Internet Permanence

Please be aware of the following risks when creating or sharing content on any online platform:

• No guaranteed permanence: NaughtyBounty does not guarantee permanent storage of content. Content may be removed due to moderation, compliance, technical issues, or account closure. Always maintain your own backups of important content.
• Internet permanence warning: Once digital content is shared, it may be copied, screenshotted, or redistributed by others. While we apply watermarks and access controls, no system can prevent all unauthorized copying.
• External re-uploads: NaughtyBounty is not responsible for content that is re-uploaded, shared, or distributed outside our Platform by third parties.

Consider these risks carefully before creating or sharing sensitive content.

9. Mental Health and Wellbeing

Content creation and online interactions can sometimes be emotionally challenging. If you feel stressed, uncomfortable, or pressured, take a break.

10. Community Conduct

We expect every member of NaughtyBounty to:

• Treat others with respect and empathy
• Communicate clearly and politely
• Avoid hate, bullying, or shaming language
• Use challenges responsibly and creatively
• Report misconduct promptly

Positive engagement builds a safer, more supportive community for everyone.

11. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and regulators in the EU, UK, and U.S. where legally required or permitted, including sharing information to prevent or investigate crimes.

Safety is an evolving responsibility. We regularly update our systems, moderation tools, and user education materials to adapt to emerging risks and new technology.
