How to Review & Approve Submissions

Understand the review process, request revisions, and approve deliveries.

1. Receive a Submission

When a creator submits their work, you will receive a notification. Open the challenge in your Inbox to review the delivery.

2. Review the Content

Carefully review the submitted content against your challenge description and requirements. Check that the delivery meets all the criteria you specified.

3. Approve or Request Revisions

You have two options after reviewing:

Approve: Accept the submission. The escrowed funds will be released to the creator after the payout release delay period.
Request Revision: Ask the creator to make specific changes. Be clear about what needs to be improved.

There is a maximum number of revisions you can request. Use them wisely by providing detailed, specific feedback each time. Check the Key Facts section for current limits.

4. Understand the Review Window

You have a limited time window to review submissions. If you don't take action within this window, the submission may be automatically approved. The exact timeframes are shown in the Key Facts section on the Help page.

5. Payout Release

After approval, there is a brief delay before funds are released to the creator. This safety period allows for any disputes to be raised. Once released, the transaction is final.
