1. Wallet System

NaughtyBounty operates using a virtual wallet system. Users may deposit funds into their Wallet using supported payment methods (e.g., Bank transfer).

Funds in your Wallet are used to fund Challenges within the platform.

Wallet balances are digital platform balances only. They do not constitute personal property, are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the platform, and do not earn interest.

Important: Your Wallet is not a bank account, stored value account, or investment account. NaughtyBounty (NB Core LLC) is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial services provider. NaughtyBounty does not hold customer funds directly. All funds are processed and held by licensed third-party payment service providers. There is no FDIC insurance, deposit protection, or safeguarding guarantee on Wallet balances.

2. Purchases & Transactions

• Challenges: When you create a Challenge, the reward amount is frozen (held in escrow) until the Challenge is completed, cancelled, or otherwise resolved in accordance with the platform rules. See Terms of Service for details.

NaughtyBounty acts as an intermediary platform connecting users and independent Creators. Creators are responsible for fulfilling their offered content or services unless otherwise stated.

3. No Cooling-Off Period

Due to the digital and interactive nature of the services, all transactions are considered final once a Challenge is created and funds are frozen. By creating a Challenge, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately and that there is no cooling-off or cancellation period. This does not affect your rights under the Refund Policy (Section 4) or any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Acceptance is Final.Once the Challenger expressly approves a Creator's Submission ("Approval"), the contractual performance is considered fully rendered and the transaction is final. From the moment of Approval, the Challenger has no right of withdrawal, no claim to additional or replacement content, no claim to further revisions, and no entitlement to a refund or release of the reward back to the Challenger. Approval triggers the release of the frozen reward to the Creator.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final. Due to the digital nature of the services and content, refunds are typically not provided once content has been accessed or delivered.

Exceptions may be made in cases of:

• Technical failure preventing access to content.
• Content that materially differs from its description (subject to moderation review).
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Situations where refunds are required by applicable law.

No Refund After Approval. Once the Challenger has expressly approved a Submission, the Challenge is closed and the transaction is final. No refund will be issued, and the Challenger has no claim to additional content, replacement content, or further revisions in respect of that Challenge. The exceptions listed above do not apply to Submissions that have been expressly approved by the Challenger.

Top-up funds: Funds added to your wallet via top-up are not automatically withdrawable. If you have unused top-up balance and require a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds of top-up funds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only available via support.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account.

If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact Support before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

6. Fraud Prevention

NaughtyBounty reserves the right to review transactions for fraud, abuse, or violations of platform policies. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted while investigations are conducted.
