Zero followers, paid work anyway
Selling content without reach: why followers are not the ticket in on NaughtyBounty and how you get paid work from day one.
The advice is the same everywhere: build an audience first, then you can make money from it. Sounds reasonable and is still a pretty brutal deal. Translated, it says: work for free for six months and see whether anything happens after that.
It works the other way round too. When the work is posted openly, nobody needs an audience first.
Why reach is usually the ticket in
On most platforms you are selling access to your profile. For that to work, someone has to know you first. So you post elsewhere, collect followers and hope some of them eventually come across.
That is not a bug in the system, that is the system. It just assumes you are either already known or have plenty of time. Anyone with neither never even gets into the position of having something to sell.
The work comes to you
On NaughtyBounty it runs the other way. A User describes in a Challenge what they want to see, puts a reward on it and publishes it. Any Model can apply. Not just the ones with lots of followers, all of them.
So you are looking at a list of paid work before you know a single person. You pick the ones you are genuinely up for, you apply and you deliver. How many people follow you does not come up anywhere in that sequence.
Your profile gets shown without you promoting it
You still get seen, and without having to post on five platforms at once. NaughtyBounty is built like a social network, and we do the promoting for your profile.
It runs in the directory, on the homepage and in the Fresh Talents row, where new Models get a spot of their own simply because they are new. So you are not starting from zero visibility here, you are shown from the start. If you want extra attention on top, say at launch or when you have something new on offer, a boost moves you further up. That is the extra step, not the entry requirement.
Make it once, sell it repeatedly
The second route needs nobody to commission it at all. A Drop is a finished package of photos, video or audio that you put together once and then sell again and again. You decide what is in it and what people see beforehand.
The good part: a Drop keeps working while you do something else. And you do not need anyone to approach you first. You put it up, and from that point it sits in the catalogue.
What counts instead
If the follower count is not what decides, something else is. Namely how you show up and how you deliver.
A profile that makes clear in two seconds what you stand for. A portfolio of your best work rather than everything you have ever made. Applications to the Challenges that genuinely suit you rather than to every open one. And deliveries where it shows that you understood the idea. More on that in How to stand out as a Model.
On top of that: every euro you earn brings you XP, and with each level your fee drops. Whoever keeps at it keeps more in the end. That too depends on what you deliver, not on how many follow you.
What you need to get going
One single thing: verification with ID and a selfie. You do it once, and after that you can apply to Challenges and publish your own Drops.
No minimum audience, no application, no waiting for some team to check your numbers first. How the start works in detail is on the Models page.

Frequently asked questions
No. Challenges are open to every Model, and your profile is shown in the directory and on the homepage regardless of how many follow you.
As soon as you are verified you can apply. If a User picks you and you deliver, the budget that was set aside is released into your wallet.
You do not. You can add links to your profiles if you want, but you get found without them too.
Then you still have Drops. You sell those without anyone commissioning them, and they sit in the catalogue from the moment you publish them.
