Withdrawals & Creator Payouts

Policy regarding earnings, payouts, and fees for Creators.

Last updated: February 5, 2026

1. Earning Revenue

Creators earn revenue from completed Challenges. NaughtyBounty deducts a platform fee from all earnings to cover operating costs, moderation, and payment processing. Only earnings derived from Challenge payouts are eligible for withdrawal — funds added to your wallet via top-up are not part of your withdrawable earnings.

Earnings Disclaimer: Earnings on NaughtyBounty are not guaranteed. Income depends on market demand, Challenge availability, and your own activity. NaughtyBounty does not impose work schedules, require minimum activity levels, or guarantee minimum earnings. You use your own equipment, work at your own pace, and bear your own entrepreneurial risk.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal you must:

  • Have an approved Creator account with completed identity verification (KYC).
  • Have at least €50 in withdrawable earnings.
  • Have no other open withdrawal request pending review.
  • Have waited at least 7 days since your last completed or rejected withdrawal request.

3. How to Request a Withdrawal

  1. Open your wallet on the Billing settings page and click Withdraw.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum €50, maximum your available withdrawable earnings), your IBAN, and account holder name. BIC is optional.
  3. Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email with a link that must be clicked within 15 minutes to activate the request.
  4. Once confirmed, the requested amount is placed on hold in your wallet. Our team will review and process your request manually.

You can cancel a pending request from the same Billing page at any time before it has been approved. Cancelling a request releases the hold and returns the funds to your available balance.

4. Processing & Payout Method

Withdrawals are processed manually via SEPA bank transfer. After your request is approved, please allow 2–5 business days for the transfer to arrive in your bank account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and geographic location.

An invoice for your payout will be issued and sent to you alongside the payment confirmation email. No additional action is required from you regarding invoicing.

NaughtyBounty may delay or restrict payouts where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud and abuse.

5. Verification and Compliance

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) screening, sanctions checks, and transaction monitoring. Your approved Creator verification serves as the primary KYC record for withdrawal purposes.

We may request additional information or documentation at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delayed payouts, account restrictions, or suspension.

6. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Negative Balances

If chargebacks, disputes, refunds, reversals, or penalties occur after earnings have been credited or paid out, NaughtyBounty may offset such amounts against your current or future earnings, and your balance may become negative until resolved.

7. Tax Obligations and Creator Status

Creators are independent users of the platform and are not employees, agents, or contractors of NB Core LLC (d/b/a NaughtyBounty). You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

U.S.-based Creators: We are required to issue IRS Form 1099 to Creators who earn $600 or more in a calendar year. You must provide a valid W-9 before payouts can be processed. Non-U.S. Creators must complete a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E form. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in backup withholding at the applicable rate or delayed payouts.
