Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) Policy

Zero tolerance policy for image-based sexual abuse.

Last updated: February 5, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance

NaughtyBounty has a zero-tolerance policy for Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), commonly known as "revenge porn." This includes any images, videos, or other intimate content shared without the express consent of all depicted individuals.

NCII also includes manipulated or synthetic media (such as deepfakes), threats to publish intimate content without consent, and any material created or distributed in violation of a person’s privacy rights.

2. Immediate Action

Upon receiving a valid report, we may promptly remove or restrict access to the content, investigate the matter, and take appropriate enforcement action, including permanent account suspension where warranted.

We utilize hashing and detection technologies to help prevent the re-upload of known NCII material.

3. Victim Protection

We treat reports of NCII with high priority and sensitivity. Information provided by victims is handled confidentially and used solely for investigation and resolution purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Reporting NCII

If you are a victim of NCII on our platform, please report it immediately via:

We take all reports seriously. Please submit reports through our ticket system so our moderation team can review them efficiently.

We may request additional information where necessary to verify ownership or consent status. Providing URLs and relevant details helps us act quickly.

We also support initiatives such as StopNCII.org to help detect and prevent the spread of non-consensual imagery.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Where appropriate or required by law, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal content or serious violations.

6. Appeals

Users who believe enforcement action was taken in error may contact support to request a review of the decision, subject to applicable laws and platform policies.
