How we review content and enforce our rules.
Last updated: February 5, 2026
We use a hybrid approach to moderation, combining automated technology with human review to promote safety, compliance, and adherence to applicable laws, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) where applicable.
Transparency notice: Automated moderation tools may occasionally produce errors, including false positives (content incorrectly flagged) or false negatives (violations not detected). If you believe an automated decision was made in error, human review is available through our appeals process (see Section 5). We continuously work to improve the accuracy of our automated systems.
Users can report content or behavior that violates our policies through platform reporting tools or by contacting support. Reports are reviewed and prioritized based on severity and potential risk.
Depending on the severity, frequency, and nature of the violation, we may take actions including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce platform policies.
Where required by applicable law, users may receive notification explaining moderation decisions affecting their content or accounts, including the reason for the action taken.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may file an appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the action.
Accounts involved in repeated or severe violations may face escalating enforcement actions, including permanent suspension.
