Model Release & Co-Performers

1. Co-Performer Requirements

If your content features another person (a "Co-Performer"), you must ensure that you have the legal right to record and distribute the content. This includes obtaining their express consent and verifying that all participants are at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

• Obtain express consent to be filmed and for the content to be distributed on NaughtyBounty.
• Verify identity and age (18+ only).
• Have the Co-Performer sign a valid Model Release Form.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and documentation from any person appearing in the content.

2. Platform Role

NaughtyBounty operates as a hosting platform for user-generated content and is not the producer of content uploaded by independent Creators. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, and documentation obligations.

3. Uploading Releases

For every piece of content featuring a Co-Performer, you must tag their NaughtyBounty account (if available) or upload a signed Model Release Form and proof of identity documentation as required by the platform.

Failure to provide documentation for Co-Performers may result in content removal, restricted features, or account suspension.

4. Compliance Reviews

NaughtyBounty may request additional documentation, verification, or confirmation of consent at any time to ensure compliance with platform policies, legal requirements, and payment provider standards.

5. Data Privacy

Identification and release documentation is processed securely and used solely for compliance, safety, and legal purposes. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
