These guidelines are intended for law enforcement and government agencies ("LEA") seeking information from NaughtyBounty. We are committed to cooperating with lawful requests while protecting the privacy and rights of our users in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
Requests must comply with applicable legal requirements and jurisdictional rules. We may decline or request clarification for incomplete or invalid requests.
We generally require a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant issued by a competent authority to disclose user information, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Exceptions may be considered in emergency situations involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury.

In cases of emergency where there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, please contact us immediately with the subject line "EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST". An authorized officer must certify the nature of the emergency and the legal basis for the request.
We may accept requests to preserve records for a limited period pending receipt of valid legal process, subject to applicable laws and operational constraints.

Disclosure of user data is carried out only where permitted or required by applicable law. We comply with the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2701–2712), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), and other applicable federal and state laws. For international requests, we may require Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) procedures or equivalent legal frameworks. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable to EU/EEA users.
NaughtyBounty reserves the right to notify users of requests for their information unless prohibited by law, court order, or where notification could create a risk of harm or interfere with an investigation.
We do not guarantee specific response times and handle requests based on legal priority and available resources.
