Law Enforcement Guidelines

1. Introduction

These guidelines are intended for law enforcement and government agencies ("LEA") seeking information from NaughtyBounty. We are committed to cooperating with lawful requests while protecting the privacy and rights of our users in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

Requests must comply with applicable legal requirements and jurisdictional rules. We may decline or request clarification for incomplete or invalid requests.

2. Submission of Requests

We generally require a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant issued by a competent authority to disclose user information, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Exceptions may be considered in emergency situations involving imminent risk of death or serious physical injury.

3. Required Information

To facilitate a timely response, please include:

• Clear identification of the user (User ID, Username, Email, or IP Address with timestamp).
• The specific information requested (e.g., account details, login history, transaction logs).
• The legal basis for the request and any applicable deadlines.
• Contact information for the requesting officer or agency.

Please note that we may not retain all categories of data requested and cannot guarantee the availability of historical records.

4. Emergency Disclosure

In cases of emergency where there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, please contact us immediately with the subject line "EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST". An authorized officer must certify the nature of the emergency and the legal basis for the request.

5. Preservation Requests

We may accept requests to preserve records for a limited period pending receipt of valid legal process, subject to applicable laws and operational constraints.

6. Legal Basis and Privacy

NB Core LLC is a Wyoming LLC with its principal office in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States, and a mailing address (P.O. Box) in Austin, Texas, United States. Disclosure of user data is carried out only where permitted or required by applicable law. We comply with the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2701–2712), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), and other applicable federal and state laws. For international requests, we may require Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) procedures or equivalent legal frameworks. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable to EU/EEA users.
