Buying Drops

1. What a Drop is

A Drop is a ready-made content package put together by a creator: a bundle of images, videos and audio sold at a fixed price. Before you buy, you see the cover and any previews the creator marked as public. Everything else stays private until you own it.

2. How to buy

Open a Drop and tap Buy. A short confirmation shows the price and the terms, just like a checkout. Confirm and the package is yours.

Drops are paid from your wallet balance. If you do not have enough, you are taken straight to top up. Once the top up goes through, the purchase finishes on its own, so you do not have to start over.

3. Where your purchase lands

The moment you pay, the full Drop appears in your Vault as its own album. It is read-only: you can view everything, run a slideshow, and open every file in full quality. The album stays yours for good, even if the creator later stops selling the Drop.

4. Using what you bought

From the bought album you can copy any item into your own custom vaults to organize it your way. The original delivered album cannot be edited or emptied, so your purchase is always intact. From the album you can also jump back to the creator or to the Drop in the shop, as long as they still exist.

5. Refunds and problems

If something is wrong with a Drop, open a support ticket and our team will look into it. If content is removed for breaking the rules, every buyer is refunded automatically and the files are taken down.
