Creator Verification

1. Mandatory Verification

To upload content or monetize on NaughtyBounty, you must complete our identity and age verification process. This is required to comply with applicable laws, platform safety standards, fraud prevention measures, and payment provider requirements.

2. Performer Verification Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all individuals appearing in their content are at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created and that valid consent has been obtained from all participants. Additional verification or documentation may be requested where necessary for compliance purposes.

3. Required Documents

You may be required to provide:

• Government ID: A valid passport, driver's license, or national ID card.
• Live Selfie / Liveness Check: A real-time photo or video to verify that you match the identification document.
• Additional Information: In some cases, additional information may be requested to confirm identity, prevent fraud, or meet compliance obligations.
• Social Media (Optional): Linking active social media accounts may help speed up approval.

4. Data Privacy

Verification data is processed securely by NaughtyBounty. Identity and age verification are conducted directly by the platform. We collect and retain only the information necessary for compliance, platform safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including applicable U.S. state privacy laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to EU/EEA users.

5. Approval Process

Verification is typically processed within up to 48 hours, but may take longer depending on review requirements. You will receive notification upon approval or rejection.

6. Ongoing Compliance

NaughtyBounty reserves the right to request re-verification, additional documentation, or account review at any time to ensure continued compliance with platform policies, legal obligations, and payment provider requirements.

Failure to complete verification or provide accurate information may result in restricted features, delayed payouts, suspension, or termination of the account.
