Cómo añadir fondos y gestionar tu wallet

Deposita fondos, consulta transacciones y comprueba el saldo de tu wallet.

1. Access Your Wallet

Navigate to Settings → Billing to access your wallet. Here you can see your current balance, add funds, and view transaction history.

2. Add Funds

Click Add Funds to deposit money into your wallet. Supported payment methods include bank transfer and other available options.

Enter the amount you want to deposit and follow the payment instructions. Funds typically appear in your wallet after the transaction is confirmed.

Your wallet balance is required to create challenges. Make sure you have enough funds before creating a new challenge.

3. View Your Transactions

The transaction history shows all movements in your wallet, including:

Deposits: Funds you have added to your wallet.
Frozen Funds: Amounts held safely for active challenges.
Payouts: Funds released to models upon challenge completion.

4. How Your Money Is Protected

When you create a challenge, the reward amount is held safely from your wallet. This means the funds are reserved but not yet transferred. They are only released to the model after you approve the delivery.

5. Important Notes
